FJFF Bad Wiessee 2 GmbH is the owner of an approximately 35,000 m2 property in Bad Wiessee in Upper Bavaria. It intends to subject the property, which boasts a prime location with direct access to the lake, to extensive development measures, thus creating a complex comprising a boutique hotel, serviced residences and commercial spaces. This development is set to sustainably revitalise the location. “Das Hotel” on Tegernsee lake will serve a niche market. It will therefore be very clearly positioned. The refurbishment measures aim not simply to redistribute the existing volume of overnight stays but, in collaboration with the tourism management organisation, generate new visitors by appealing to a target group whose needs are currently not being fully served. They also seek to ensure that the new development conveys authenticity by exuding the same spirit as the holiday region in which it is located.
