The former Roche AG factory site was to be transformed into a modern trade and service centre also comprising residential sections and serviced apartments.
The concept for the serviced apartments sought to meet the demand for project-bound accommodation in sophisticated lodgings; to create a product for guests keen to feel a sense of home during their shorter term stays in the area.
It also sought to appeal to people who enjoy taking short trips to areas steeped in tradition and offering a naturally healthy outdoor environment, and who want to stay in simple - in the best possible sense -, modern accommodation tailored to their needs. Structurally innovative. Strikingly interpreted. Pioneering in terms of the materials and energy concept used. The property is to be operated by the construction company or a subsidiary thereof.
