The project.
“Sie haben es gut” (“You’ve got it good”) is the motto with which Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts welcome their guests. The group currently operates twelve four- to five-star holiday hotels in Germany and Austria. Each hotel has been positioned and designed according to its individual location and to the needs and wishes of its specific target group. And each is an embodiment of the company’s core values: tradition, individuality, quality, joie de vivre and value for money.
Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts’ medium-term objective is to selectively expand its portfolio to include prominent locations in holiday resorts across Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Spain. We provided the company with comprehensive support in this regard, spanning the project acquisition phase, the examination and selection of appropriate tenders, and the conduct of location analyses, operating concepts and profitability calculations in accordance with the hotel operator’s needs. We also held talks with investors and assisted with the corresponding negotiations.
