The project.
Toscana Halbinsel Errichtungs GmbH was the winner of the request for tenders announced internationally by the owners of this property on the Toscana peninsula. The principal goal of the project to be headed by Toscana Halbinsel Errichtungs GmbH is to establish a high-quality tourist accommodation facility to be marketed and managed together with the local congress centre. These measures in turn should serve to raise the profile of Gmunden as a tourist destination and to promote the further development of the town’s existing infrastructure with a view to creating a uniform and long-term tourism strategy.

Working closely with Toscana Halbinsel Errichtungsgesellschaft GmbH, we developed a concept defining Landschloss Orth as a cultural centre. A place for art and culture. For exchange. For new event formats. Landschloss Orth - a beautiful resort on the Toscana peninsula - and the properties around it (some listed) that already serve as event locations are set to become a centre of salon culture. In the spirit of Margarete Stonborough, who lived and worked there. And in the spirit of the municipality of Gmunden, Austria's most stylish lakeside town. The festival town in the Traunsee holiday region.
