ancora Marina is the largest marina on the Baltic Sea. Over the coming years, its owner intends to consistently develop and extend the marina’s offering with the aim of boosting its tourism potential. The idea: the ancora Marina Resort is to offer a marina, comprehensive yacht services, winter storage services, events and exhibitions and a clearly positioned accommodation and restaurant format.
Our analysis of potential recommended that ancora Marina Resort be positioned as offering a maritime experience clearly distinct from that offered by its competitors in terms of size, structure, architecture and design. We further recommended that emphasis be placed on the marina’s authentic maritime flair by consistently developing the
existing marina facilities as opposed to artificially creating new ones.

The ARBOREA Marina Resort Neustadt was inaugurated on 16 July 2018 as the first establishment to open under a new brand: “Holidays should be like a perfect weekend, just longer!” Relaxed. Active. Uncomplicated.

Long-term, it is set to include a lifestyle hotel that offers “lean luxury” accommodation and is positioned in the mid-tier segment. And that perfectly complements the existing offering.
