The plot stretches over 131,510 square metres in total and is located in direct proximity to Parco San Giuliano, one of the world\u2019s largest urban parks. Parco San Giuliano is connected with the Laguna Veneta and offers wonderful views of Venice's historical city centre. The project concept for the plot was developed over a number of years by an international, interdisciplinary, intercultural project team made up of architects, town planners and consultants, and envisaged a high-quality resort specialising in congresses and events. This vision was presented to the Mayor of Venice in October 2016, with great success. The planned resort aimed to sustainably increase value creation through tourism in Venice.
